Step1:Prepare the ingredient
Step2:Wash and drain the vegetables. Cut the slanted section of Cantonese sausage. Cut the small section of scallion and dried pepper and slice the garlic.
Step3:Heat the oil in a hot pot. Add in the scallion, garlic, dried pepper and stir fry.
Step4:Pour in the skewed sausage and stir fry for half a minute.
Step5:Finally, stir fry the vegetables for one minute. Add a little salt and chicken essence to make it out of the pot (because sausage itself has a salty taste, so put less salt).
Cooking tips:If you don't like spicy food, don't put dry chili. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
