Step1:Rinse the shrimp first.
Step2:Cut off the claw and Shun (it's not necessary to cut this). Marinate with yellow wine for 15 minutes. Then rinse and drain the water.
Step3:Stir fry in the hot oil pan evenly and then add half a bottle of yellow rice wine until it is almost ripe. Add some salt and soy sauce and stir evenly (stir for half a minute or so) and turn off the fire. Then add cumin. Stir evenly with the waste heat of the pan.
