Step1:Heat the pot. Put the salad oil. Fry the leaves and anise in a small fire, then remove them.
Step2:Put the garlic slices in to burst out the fragrance.
Step3:Put in the wings. Stir fry until the skin of the wings is tight and slightly golden.
Step4:Add some cooking wine and stir fry for a few times. Immediately put half a spoon of soy sauce and stir evenly.
Step5:Pour in tomato sauce (I used about 100ml of tomato sauce. 330ml bottle of tomato sauce). Add water and level with chicken wings.
Step6:Close the lid and simmer for about 10 minutes (for those who like to eat crispy food, cook for 20 minutes). Open the lid and add chicken essence. Thicken the juice to make it out of the pot.
Cooking tips:1. After the wings are washed, it is recommended to cut off the extra skin on both sides with scissors. This part contains most of the subcutaneous fat of the wings. 2. Put enough tomato sauce. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
