This is a very unique and simple seafood recipe. Fish sauce, pepper and fresh lemon make this dish have a strong Southeast Asian flavor.

Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Remove the head of fresh shrimp. Peel off half of the shell. Leave the tail. After washing, cut the back of the shrimp with a knife. Remove the intestinal mud.

  2. Step2:Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine to the shrimp. Marinate with pepper for 10 minutes. Cut and wash red pepper, scallion and garlic.
