This is a very unique and simple seafood recipe. Fish sauce, pepper and fresh lemon make this dish have a strong Southeast Asian flavor.
Step1:Remove the head of fresh shrimp. Peel off half of the shell. Leave the tail. After washing, cut the back of the shrimp with a knife. Remove the intestinal mud.
Step2:Add 1 tablespoon cooking wine to the shrimp. Marinate with pepper for 10 minutes. Cut and wash red pepper, scallion and garlic.
Step3:Heat up the oil pan. Stir in the garlic slices. Stir fry the scallion slices until fragrant. Stir in the chili slices to make them soft.
Step4:Add the marinated shrimps. Stir fry until the shrimps turn red. Add 1 tablespoon fish sauce. Stir well.
Step5:Just simmer for a while. Squeeze a little lemon juice into the plate.
Cooking tips:Shrimp and prawns can be served. Fish sauce is salty. There is no need to add salt to this dish. If 1 spoon of fish sauce is not salty enough, you can add more. You don't need lemons if you don't have them. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
