In the past few years, many restaurants in my hometown have launched various kinds of special tofu, handmade tofu and so on. All of them are crushed tofu, fish or shrimp meat and some vegetables. After steaming and shaping, they are fried and eaten with special sweet and hot sauce. It's a very good pre dinner dish. I quite like it. This bean curd is quite simple. It's suitable for making at home. It tastes good. It's also a good banquet dish.
Step1:Crush tof
