The simplest and most delicious way to eat fish.
Step1:My choice is frozen large yellow croaker. Defrost with cold water. Remove scales, internal organs and inner membrane. Wash and dry the water. Set aside.
Step2:Cut three pieces of ginger on both sides. Insert ginger slices into the slit of the knife. Put scallion and ginger slices into the fish belly. Smear salt evenly on the whole body of the fish. Pour in cooking wine. Smear on the whole body (white cooking wine of my choice). Marinate for half an hour.
Step3:Boil the water in the steamer. Put the fish on the drawer. Cover and steam.
Step4:Start timing after loading.
Step5:Turn off the fire for 12 minutes. Simmer for 5 minutes before taking it out.
Step6:Take out the fish plate. Pour out the water in the plate.
Step7:Add steamed fish and soy sauce. Add garlic, dried pepper and shallot. Pour in hot oil. It's OK.
Step8:The fish is fresh and tender. It's soaked in soy sauce. It's accompanied by the aroma of onion, garlic and pepper. It's just a bowl of hot rice. From time to time, pour two spoonfuls of soy sauce on the rice. It's delicious.
