Cooking Steps

  1. Step1:Cut tofu into four squares evenly.

  2. Step2:It's not easy to rot if you boil it with water. Then marinate the tofu with shallot, ginger, salt and warm water for 20 minutes. It's convenient for tofu to taste. Keep tofu for use after controlling water.
