Delicious food
Step1:Potato slices. Not too thin. About 2 mm. Eggplant hob.
Step2:Rinse and drain the chips. Boil the water in the pot. Over water the eggplant. Soften the eggplant. Drain and set aside. Don't overcook.
Step3:Fry potatoes in an oil pan. Drain in about 2 minutes
Step4:Fry eggplant in oil pan for 2 minutes and drain.
Step5:Another oil pot. A small amount of oil is enough (because eggplant absorbs a lot of oil). Put in the garlic and smell it, then put in the raw soy sauce, old soy sauce, oyster sauce, salt and a little water. After boiling, pour in Eggplant and potato chips. Stir fry.
Step6:Add green peppers. I use red peppers in the picture. The green peppers are used up at home. Green pepper must be added in this step. If it is added early, it will soften. It will not be crisp.
Step7:Stir in a small bowl of cold water and starch and pour into the pan to thicken. When starch is transparent and shiny, sprinkle with scallion. Remove.
Cooking tips:The potatoes must be washed with water and separated one by one. Otherwise, when fried, they will stick together and cook delicious dishes.
