Step11:Take a non stick pan. Heat it up a little and scoop in a scoop of batter. Fry for 1 minute, then add another scoop of batter on top. Cover the pan cover. When the bottom is slightly yellow, pour some water into the blank space. Cover the pan cover. Fry slowly over low heat.
Step12:About 5 minutes after the bottom is shaped, turn it over with a shovel and fry it on the other side. Also, fry it until it turns slightly yellow. Pour in a proper amount of water. Wait until it turns golden on both sides and then dish it out.
Step13:You can sprinkle some sugar powder after you leave the pot. You can also sprinkle some honey on it according to your preference.
