I grew up in Malaysia since I was a child. I am not strange to Malaysian food at all. Since I settled in Shanghai, I occasionally miss my hometown's food. So I can cook all by myself to show my hands. In fact, many medicinal materials do not have to be used as medicine. In horse, Singapore, Hong Kong and other regions, medicinal materials are regarded as good food in life and are very common food. Sometimes they can even drink medicinal materials soup every day.
Step1:Wash the material for use.
Step2:First, wash the pork tripe. If you can't wash the soup well, it will taste bitter. So washing the pork tripe is the key. Turn the pork tripe over first because it will be very dirty. Put 3 teaspoons of salt and 3 teaspoons of raw meal on the surface of the pork tripe. Rub it repeatedly with your hands like dough.
Step3:After 5 minutes, rinse with water. Repeat the above steps 5 times (3 teaspoons of salt and 3 teaspoons of raw meal) until the end, turn it back to the front and rub. Then rinse it.
Step4:This is the washed pork tripe.
Step5:Prepare appropriate amount of water to blanch the pork tripe slightly. Then remove and wash it.
Step6:Then put the hooves and ribs into the boiling water.
Step7:Turn the boiled pork tripe over. There will be a layer of white skin on the top. Scrape it off with a knife.
Step8:Just shave and turn back to the front.
Step9:Wash the boiled hooves and spare ribs.
Step10:Prepare a pot of water to boil.
Step11:Put in the spareribs, hooves, pork tripe, mushrooms and garlic.
Step12:Put in the meat and bone tea bag and heat it up.
Step13:Turn to low heat and cook for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
Step14:After cooking for 45 minutes, you can put in black sweet soy sauce and raw soy sauce.
Step15:Continue to season with icing sugar.
Step16:For the last 15 minutes, add beancurd, bean curd and Flammulina mushroom and cook for 15 minutes
Step17:Take out the hooves and cut them into slices and put them back into the soup.

Cooking tips:1. Black and sweet soy sauce can be made by secret braised sauce or soy sauce instead of color. 2. When the hooves are cooked, they are one piece because the meat will not shrink until they are cooked and then cut. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
