Simple and delicious is it ~ ~
Step1:The chicken wing root is washed and salted, and the cooking wine is pickled to tast
Step2:Sauce - ketchup, pepper seasoning into a small bowl. Squeeze in lemon juice, then a little lemon peel. Stir well
Step3:Marinated chicken wing roots are dried with kitchen paper
Step4:Spread tin paper on the baking tray, put on bamboo sticks (mainly for good turning over. Of course, it can also be directly put on the baking net). Brush the chicken wing root with sauce and place it well
Step5:Put the butter on the chicken wing root. Bake in the oven for 20 minutes
Step6:Turn the wings over. Bake for another 10 minutes. (time for reference only) PS - my oven can't be heated up or down. It can't be adjusted. Please refer to my own oven.
