The recipe was grinded from the face of a Mexican restaurant owner. It tastes sour, spicy and refreshing. It can be used as an appetizer, wrapped in various tacos, or served with cornflakes.
Step1:Soak black beans in clear water for a whole night. Add salt to make them soft.
Step2:Grind all ingredients in a blender. Except lemon.
