I like the taste of roasted chicken wings. So I try to make them myself. The wings are delicious.
Step1:Clean the wings. Make a few strokes on both sides of each wing.
Step2:Cut the shallot, ginger, garlic and dry red pepper into small pieces for use.
Step3:Put the chopped green onion, ginger, garlic and dried red pepper on the chicken wing
Step4:Put pepper, cooking wine, soy sauce and salt into chicken wings.
Step5:After all ingredients are put in, stir well and let the wings taste for 20 minutes.
Step6:After the air boiler is preheated, put it directly into the air frying pan for 10 minutes without oil. Open it.
