Cooking Steps

   Step1:Add some water to the pot. Put the chicken wings into the pot. Put in ginger, garlic and heat for about five minutes. Add two drops of vinegar, used ginger, garlic and wate

   Step2:Take out the cooked chicken wings and put them in cold water. Take them out two minutes later and put them on the chopping board. Use a kitchen knife to gently scratch on the wings.    Step3:Heat up the pot. Add a little oil. Add ginger, garlic and chicken wings after the oil is boiled. Fry the same side of chicken wings first. Fry the other side after a little yellow. Fry the same side before adding a little salt. A bottle of soy sauce, a bottle of vinegar, a bottle of raw sauce, a bottle of cooking wine and a can of coke. (some seasonings can be added without adding them). You can stop fire at any time. Add seasonings. Turn over chicken wings. Use chopsticks when the spatula is large I'm afraid of frying myself.
