Step1:Add cooking wine, soy sauce, salt and lemon juice together to make a sauce. Cut the onion into sections for use. 2. Wash the wings. Cut a few knives. Apply the sauce in step 1 to the wings with a brush. Marinate the wings in a flat plate with Scallion for about an hour. Turn it down every other time. Brush some more sauce.
Step2:3. After marinating, sprinkle black pepper on the wings. Temperature up and down 150, 170. Bake for 10 minutes. Turn it over. Bake for another ten minutes. Healthy without oil.
