Purple rice is rich in nutrition, minerals and low in calories, which is conducive to relieve constipation, detoxification and slimming; rice and red dates are rich in vitamin B2, which can promote fat metabolism and burn fat.
Step1:Prepare materials.
Step2:Soak the purple rice in water for 8-12 hours (put it in the refrigerator in summer for cold soaking). Wash it; wash the red dates. Remove the core; wash the rice.
