Step6:A piece of silicone paper should be placed on the bottom of the container, or the inner wall should be painted instead.
Step7:Pour in the batter. Smooth the surface. Pour 50 ℃ warm water into the steamer. Put it in the container and cover it. Let the batter stand and ferment to twice the size. PS - fermentation takes about 40 minutes.
Step8:Steam the fermented batter for another 20 minutes. PS - don't take it out in a hurry after steaming. Stew for 5 minutes more and take it out again. This way, the cake won't be easy to suffer cold shrinkage.
Step9:Let it cool a little after steaming. Use a knife to cut through the inner wall. It can be demoulded by turning it back slightly.
Step10:Then cut into the thickness and squares that are convenient for the baby to hold. It's finished.
