I visited Huatang with my friends. I came with two boxes of tough tofu.
Step1:Slice tofu. Don't be too thin.
Step2:Put a proper amount of oil in the pot. Heat it over high heat. Gently put in tofu. Sprinkle a small amount of salt.
Step3:When the bottom of tofu turns golden, turn it over gently with a spoon and sprinkle a little salt.
Step4:Zaziran. Simmer for two or three minutes.
Step5:Out of the pot. Done.
Cooking tips:Tofu should be turned gently. Spoon (not porcelain) is a good tool. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
