Step1:Sprinkle flour in a pinch of salt and mix well. Add hot water and knead well. Let stand for 20 minutes. Divide the dough into small ones of the same size. Roll them out one by one to form a circle. Brush with sesame oil. Sprinkle with five spices and white sesame. Spread well.
Step2:Gently roll up from one side to form a strip, and then form a circle as shown in Figure 3.
Step3:Roll thin. Put into the hot pot. Turn the Kang on both sides to scorch yellow.
