Step1:Preheat the oil over the bottom of the pot. Add the string beans. Stir fry until dry. Wrinkle the surface. Turn to low heat. Add chopped green onion and ginger (or add some sprouts to enhance the flavor, because I'm from Yibin, Sichuan Province, so I prefer to add some sprouts). Add salt, monosodium glutamate, dry pepper and pepper when stir frying the garlic flavor. Stir fry the dried chilli until it changes color and then dish.
Step2:The oil hasn't been preheated before the bottom of the pot. Add the string beans into the pot and stir continuously until the surface of the string beans is slightly yellow. Dry stir. Turn into a small fire. Add ginger and garlic powder (not too thin. Coarser is better). Wait until the garlic is fragrant, then add the dried pepper and pepper. Then add salt and monosodium glutamate. It can be put into the plate.
