Step1:Cut potatoes into large pieces. Steam or boil them. Cool and roll into mud. Cut bacon into small pieces.
Step2:Take 100g mashed potatoes and mix with all the ingredients in a container until there is no dry powder. It's about a minute. Ferment at room temperature for about 120 minutes (or refrigerate for one night). Until the surface is very wet and sticky, but the volume expands twice.
Step3:The hands are covered with dry powder. The operation platform is also covered with dry powder. Take out the dough from the container. Spread it out on the console. Fold it up, down, left and right. Relax for 10 minutes. Fold it again.
Step4:Then divide the dough into 6 parts. Flatten each side and fold it into squares in the middle. Put it in the baking tray with the mouth down for final fermentation. About 40 minutes.
Step5:Preheat the oven at 210 ℃; take out the fermented dough and put it into the middle layer of the oven. Spray hot water on the surface and bake for about 25 minutes.
