Step1:Mix all dry ingredients except water and butter in a basin.
Step2:Add water and make a smooth dough.
Step3:Add butter and knead evenly. Form dough. Relax for 15 minutes.
Step4:The relaxed dough begins to shape. Roll it out into a rectangle. Cut it into equal small rectangles with a measuring tool.
Step5:Cut diagonally into triangles.
Step6:Cut a small opening about 1.5cm in length on the wide side. Fold the dough at the opening on both sides (I only fold one corner in the picture to let you see. The other side should also fold). Then roll the dough up from the wide side to the narrow side by hand and drain it into the baking tray. Continue to relax for 15 minutes.
Step7:Brush the whole egg butter on the surface; preheat the oven 180 degrees. Bake on the upper and lower heat for 12 minutes, then take it out. Brush the butter for another 5 minutes. Take out and brush the butter for another 5 minutes.
