Step1:Wash and scratch chicken wings. Marinate with a handful of pepper, ginger and a little salt for half an hour. I like to marinate for two hours. You can also pour some cooking wine and raw soy sauce.
Step2:Hot oil. After the oil is hot, put a handful of prickly ash. Then pour in chicken wings. Add in garlic slices and ginger shreds. Stir fry until the color changes. You can also pour a little less soy sauce to add color.
Step3:Pour in coke and cook it. If you don't have chicken wings, turn to low heat and simmer slowly. At this point, it's OK to leave it alone. Add some seasoning properly to ensure the salt taste is in place. If you want to add some color, pour less soy sauce. When you're about to boil up, turn the fire over twice and you'll be out of the pot.
Step4:Out of the pot. The taste is as good as eve
Cooking tips:Cooking wine can be added or not. Ten wings of normal size use about half a bucket of 2l cola. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
