Step1:Cut the stem and leaves of Chinese cabbage. Cut the onion, ginger and garlic.
Step2:Cut the crispy meat into small pieces. Please refer to my previous recipe for the method of crispy meat. Crispy meat is made more than once. It is put in the refrigerator. When you want to eat it, you can take it out to make soup. It can be fried. It can be stuffy.
Step3:Mix a bowl of water starch, starch, sugar, salt, vinegar and a proper amount of raw soy sauce.
Step4:Stir fry Chinese prickly ash, onion, ginger and garlic in the pot. Stir fry the crispy pork until fragrant. Add the cabbage rod and stir fry until it's medium cooked. Add the cabbage leaves until it's cooked.
Step5:Add the water lake powder, mix well, and let it out of the pot.
