Step6:After opening the lid, add another spoonful of vinegar. Fry until the vinegar is absorbed by the potatoes.
Cooking tips:① don't stir fry the green peppers too much; ② the potatoes can be stir fried without powder if the shredded potatoes are soaked in water. It's refreshing and delicious.
