My favorite pumpkin porridge every time I go to Hanna mountain for barbecue and Korean food.
Step1:Prepare pumpkin. Glutinous rice powder.
Step2:Peel and dice the pumpkin. Steam for 15 minutes.
Step3:Pumpkin drying and mud pressin
Step4:Put some water into the pumpkin mash. Add water to the glutinous rice flour and dilute it with pumpkin mash. Put in rock sugar and boil.
Step5:Sprinkle some sesame seeds at last.
