This family version of white lovers can be made in 20 minutes. Let's try the recipe of Japanese chef, Mr. Ono Daozi.
Step1:Preheat the oven 180 degrees. Attach the baking paper to the baking tray. Prepare a mounting mouth and bag. Sift the flour and sugar. Place the butter at room temperature. Heat it to your fingers and press it easily into the middle of the butter block.
Step2:Beat butter by hand until it is fluffy and white. Add the sugar powder in two parts. Mix the butter and sugar powder evenly with the eggbeater.
Step3:Add the egg white. Mix the butter and egg white evenly with the whisk. Add some vanilla essence. Beat with a whisk until well blended.
Step4:Add wheat flour twice. Mix well with a rubber spatula. Pour the batter into the flower mounting bag. Squeeze out the batter of uniform size on the baking tray as much as possible. It is about 2cm wide and 1cm high. The size can be adjusted by yourself. Bake in the oven for about 10 minutes. Wait for the biscuit to turn yellow.
Step5:Take out the biscuits and cool them. Put the chocolate into the bowl and cover with plastic wrap, and heat in the microwave oven for about 3060 seconds. After the biscuit cools, apply proper amount of chocolate liquid to the center. Cover another biscuit. After completion, put in the fresh-keeping layer to cool.
