Step1:Prepare ingredients: 1 peeled potato, 1 egg, 20g carrot, 20g corn and 20g cucumber.
Step2:Put the potato slices in the steaming drawer and steam them. I cooked the eggs in the pot by the way. After the water is boiled and steamed, they will be fully cooked in ten minutes.
Step3:In the process of cooking, start another stove. Boil some water in the pot. Put in corn and carrot seeds and cook them. Remove and set aside.
Step4:As soon as the time comes, take out the steamed potato chips and put them into the basin. Press them into mashed potatoes with tools.
Step5:Remove the shell of boiled egg. Separate the protein from the yolk. Cut the protein into small grains.
Step6:Put the prepared cucumber, corn, carrot and egg white on the mashed potatoes, then add a little salt, grind 1g black pepper, and add a proper amount of thousand island sauce (this depends on your taste). Mix all together.
Step7:Take the round mousse mold and put it into the plate. Put the mashed potato salad into the shape. Remove the mold.
Step8:Then, take a sieve to filter soybean milk. Put the egg yolk peeled out before into the sieve. Press the egg yolk on the back of the spoon over the mashed potato salad, so that the sifted egg yolk will fall on it and spread evenly. It's OK.
Step9:So far, a mashed potato salad is ready. I put some fresh chrysanthemum in the dish as decoration.
Cooking tips:* this is a very simple salad. I used Thousand Island dressing. Personal taste. You can use other salad dressing, or change the seasoning. You can operate it at will. It's all up to your taste. (^ ェェェェェェェェェェェェェェ.
