Oatmeal energy stick has always been my favorite. It's full of molars. It won't feel guilty when it's used as a snack for eating and craving.
Step1:Mix rye flour, oatmeal, baking powder, baking soda, salt, coconut, dark chocolate beans and dried frui
Step2:Microwave the dark chocolate beans for 30s. Mash them with a spatula
Step3:Break up the eggs. Add coconut oil and vanilla essence. Mix with powder. Add chocolate sauc
Step4:And dough. If the dough is too dry and hard, you can add some milk properly
Step5:Preheat the oven for 170 degrees. Put the dough into the membrane. Shape the dough into a square shape. Bake for 25 minutes
Step6:Take out the dough, cool it for 15 minutes, cut it into pieces about one finger wide, and bake it in the oven for 16 minutes. Remember to turn over the dough in the middle
Step7:Eat.
