Step1:Weigh out the flour. 80% 100%.
Step2:Wheat starch. 100g flour is the best.
Step3:Add water. Slowly add and stir. This kind of yoghurt texture is no longer added. It's OK to replace milk
Step4:Add 20 grams of oatmeal. I use Guige Chia seeds mixed with instant cereals. Other cereals can be used instead. This cereal needs to be shaken up because of its chiya seeds.
Step5:Mix the oatmeal. Add an egg.
Step6:Put in a proper bowl. It's covered. Refrigerate overnight. ~\(≥ ■) / ~ the evening is ready.
Step7:Take out yesterday's batter. Add vegetables. My dandelion. Add some sugar and salt, a drop of lemon juice (sour and bitter) and other dishes. If you want to eat sweet, add some sweet. If you want to eat salty, add some salt. Don't use too much salt.
Step8:Take out the electric pancake pan, heat the cold oil and put in a spoon of batter. Pan is OK, too. It's better for a novice (like me) who doesn't touch the pan.
Step9:Finished + grapes and soymilk.
Cooking tips:(ง•̀_ Kwai, it's a fast breakfast. It was ready last night. There was plenty of time in the morning. It was not necessary to finish the day after a quick day. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
