Once I took my baby to Korean barbecue. My baby loves pumpkin porridge in the shop. When I came back, I researched and made it for my baby. I didn't expect that the taste of my own food was super similar to that of the store. My baby would drink many times a week. (my baby is one year old and six months old)
Step1:I usually choose shellfish pumpkin or chestnut pumpkin. Peel and cut into pieces.
Step2:Wash and put it into the boiling pot. Just put the water over the pumpkin (it will be faster to boil the pumpkin than to steam it
Step3:Put the cooked pumpkin into the wall breaking machin
Step4:Just beat it into past
Step5:Heat the pumpkin in the pot agai
Step6:Put a spoonful of glutinous rice flour into a bowl. Stir in cold water to make a paste. Pour into pumpkin. (you can add some water according to your taste. If you want to be thicker, you can add more water according to my proportion. If you want to be thinner, you can add more water.
Step7:Add some ice sugar after the pumpkin congee is boiled. (there is no milk at home, so we omit the one with milk.
