Step1:Rinse Chinese toon. Remove the thick root. You can cut it off with scissors.
Step2:Find a basin. Put some flour in it. Add some starch. Add pepper or five spices. Salt. Mix egg white and water to make a paste. Put the washed Toon in and wrap it in the paste.
Step3:Oil in the pot. Because it's fried. Add more. A little salt in the pot won't make the oil splash out. When the oil is 60% hot, fry the Toon wrapped in batter until golden.
Step4:It's golden. Let's leave the pot and cool it. Set the plate to eat. I'm so greedy. I always eat it while frying. Ha ha.
