Step1:Blanch the broccoli and fish out.
Step2:Sausages, diced preserved eggs and chopped garlic.
Step3:Put the oil in the hot pot and stir fry the garlic.
Step4:Add the preserved eggs. Stir fry the ham.
Step5:Add 1 bowl of water. Put broccoli under it.
Step6:Add 1 tbsp oyster sauce, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp salt and a little pepper to taste.
