Carrot bought for a long time ago. It's a little dehydrated and it has sprout. Today I'm going to make Kwai and egg to make a home cooked dish, and destroy the remaining carrots. -
Step1:All materials are ready. Put carrots in a basin, pour some water and salt into it, soak it for 15-20 minutes, then clean it, slice it with a knife, and cut into thin pieces for later use.
Step2:Take 1 pair of black fungus and put it into a bowl and pour in some warm water to soak it.
Step3:Wash and dice the shallots.
Step4:Wash the soaked fungus and cut it into thin wires with a knife. Knock 3 eggs into the bowl and quickly stir them with chopsticks.
Step5:Heat some oil in and out of the pot and pour in the egg mixture. Quickly slide it with a frying shovel and put it in reserve.
Step6:Start another pot again. Pour some oil into the pot. Heat it and put the chopped green onion into the pot to burst the fragrance.
Step7:Pour in the prepared black fungus and stir fry evenly, then pour in half spoon of soy sauce and half spoon of oyster sauce and stir fry for a while.
Step8:Pour in the shredded carrots. Stir fry the shredded carrots and cut them into pieces. Then pour in the scrambled eggs and 1 spoon of edible salt. Stir well, turn off the heat and let it out.
Cooking tips:1 - carrots don't like a lot of soy sauce. So when you let them go, you should put them less. 2 - if you like leeks, you can put some leeks at the end. 3 - if you like MSG, you can put some chicken essence in when you put eggs and salt. My family doesn't like it so I didn't put it. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
