Step1:Add flour, yeast, baking soda, egg, water, salt, egg and dough together. I use the kneading procedure of the bread machine. Add vegetable oil into the dough and knead. I also knead this step with the bread machine.
Step2:The dough is kneaded and fermented to twice its size. (for the convenience of the morning, put the noodles in the refrigerator at night for overnight fermentation. It's just started in the morning.
Step3:Put a little oil on the silicone pad and hands. Take out the fermented dough and exhaust it for shaping. Use a rolling pin to make a 0.5cm slice. The slice is half a palm wide, so it's a short dough stick. Cut into two centimeter thick strips back and forth. Fold the two strips together. Allow to stand for 15 minutes after folding.
Step4:After the rest, press on the thin strip with chopsticks. Twist the thin strip and add the hot oil pan to 200 degrees
