Step1:Remove the head, feet, wash, drain and add two drops of vinegar.
Step2:Cut the green peppers for us
Step3:Cut the ginger and garlic.
Step4:Start the pot. Pour in the oil. Stir fry the ginger and garlic.
Step5:Stir in green peppers to make the flavor. Stir in shrimps again. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and salt to taste. Out of the pot. Shrimp can't be fried too long. Otherwise it will get old.
Cooking tips:Add a few drops of vinegar to the shrimps to make them tender and delicious.
