Step1:Pour water into the pot. Add two spoonfuls of sugar. Turn the water on and off. Pour the flour and scald. (three bowls of water and one bowl of noodles) stir in one direction. It can make the oil cake taste better. Add a little flour to the plate. Add water and mix it into a dry floccule. Knead it with the dough that was cool before. Apply oil on the dough. Wake up for half an hour to an hour. Add half bowl of white sugar, two spoonfuls of flour, brown sugar, black sesame, peanut chips, walnut chips and a little oil into the bowl. Stir well. Knead the dough into long strips. Pull it into small dosage of the same size. Take a small dosage and put it in the palm of your hand. Press the dosage out of a small pit with the other hand. Make sure the filling is compacted. Rotate both hands at the same time. Seal the cake and press it flat. Apply a layer of oil. Deep fry 60% oil. Fry slowly with a small fire. Fry until golden.
