Recently, I fell in love with baking. I want to make a dessert every day. Seeing Xiaomei's Puff recipe, I think the material operation is very simple. So I want to try to make it. But I didn't expect that mounting the puff skin made me work hard. Ha ha. Fortunately, I was very satisfied with the result, because it was praised by my children and my mother-in-law I'm very satisfied.
Step1:1. Put water, butter, salt and sugar in the main pot. Mix at 5 minutes / 100 degrees / speed 1.
Step2:2. Add flour. Mix at 20 seconds / speed4.
Step3:3. Take out the main pot and cool it aside for 10 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees. Lay baking paper on the baking tray. Set aside.
Step4:4. Put the main pot back on the main base. Mix at speed 5. Add eggs one by one through the cover hole of the main pot.
Step5:5. Add the last egg. Continue mixing at 30 seconds / 5.
Step6:6. Put the puff mixture into the squeeze bag.
Step7:7. Extrude the spherical (round puff) or long (finger puff) shape on the baking tray paved with baking paper. The space between each paste is 5cm.
Step8:8. Bake at 200 degrees for 2025 minutes or until the color of the puff is golden. Close the oven and open the door with a small slit. Leave for about 10 minutes for the puffs to dry. Remove the pan from the oven and allow the puffs to cool completely.
Step9:9. Add 250g of fresh cream and 25g of sugar powder into the bowl. Quickly whisk until it solidifies.
Step10:10. Squeeze the cream evenly into the puff.
Cooking tips:This formula can make about 25 small puffs. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
