Step1:Take out a proper amount of dried sea cucumber and put it in a clean container. Pour in purified water (bottled purified water or domestic purified water) which is less than 2cm of sea cucumber. Stay still for 24 hours.
Step2:Simmer for 30 minutes. Then stand still for two hours.
Step3:Take out the sea cucumber. Use a knife to cut the belly of the sea cucumber. Wash the mouth and the sediment in the belly with water.
Step4:After cleaning the sediment and washing it, put it into the container, pour in the purified water, put on the fresh-keeping film at the mouth of the basin (for fear of oil contamination) and put it into the refrigerator insulation layer for 24 hours.
Step5:Simmer for another half an hour. After cleaning, pour in pure water and soak for another 24 hours.
Step6:Sea cucumber is ready to eat. Braised with scallion. It's OK with five grain soup.
Cooking tips:1. Make sure to put purified water or purified water. Do not put tap water. 2.
