Step5:Add Chinese toon. A little salt, cooking wine, soy sauce. I add a little cooking oil and sesame oil to mix.
Step6:The pot is red. Pour in the tea oil. 80% hot. Pour in the broken egg liquid.
Step7:Shake the iron pan to avoid sticking the bottom of the pan. Fry one side until it is six years old, then turn the egg upside down.
Step8:Out of the pot and on the plate.
Cooking tips:After pouring tea oil into the iron pot, shake the iron pot to make it full of tea oil. It will not stick to the pot when frying eggs. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
