Step1:Peel the potatoes and cut them into slices. Steam them in a steamer for ten minutes (after boiling).
Step2:Chop them into small pieces for later use.
Step3:Mash the steamed potatoes into mashed potatoes (or add some black pepper and salt, but I prefer the original flavor, so I didn't add it). Then put them in the middle of the plate and pile them into a mountain shape. You can use a fork to slide down the side of the mountain. More mountain shape.
Step4:Heat up the oil. Stir fry the meat. Add oil, soy sauce, salt, pepper, sugar and pepper. Stir fry for a few times. Then add some water. Cook for three minutes.
Step5:Add some water starch to thicken the sauce (you can also add some onion if you like). Then stir it with a spoon. Add some clear oil. Stir well. Then use a spoon to pour the broth on the mashed potatoes. A delicious volcano mashed potato is ready. It's very good for rice.
