Fat but not greasy and no need to stir fry sugar.
Step1:I usually use streaky pork with skin. Cut it into pieces and blanch it for use. Be sure to keep the water clean. Put oil in the pot and stir fry the meat until it changes color. Stir fry the fat oil inside. If you have more, you can pour it out. Just leave some in the pot.
Step2:Stir fry until the meat basically changes color. Then add onion, ginger, garlic, soy sauce (1 tbsp), soy sauce (2 tbsp), cooking wine (1 tbsp), oyster sauce (1 tbsp) (you can add some sweet sauce if you like to eat sweet taste) and continue to fry. Add color. Then add water. Make sure to add hot water. Follow the pot. No meat. Turn it down after the big fire. Put salt two-thirds of the water. When the water is almost gone, turn on the fire. Stir fry and collect the juice. OK.
Step3:Put a few pieces into the stew every time. It's simple and easy. You don't need to fry meat every time.
