When I was a child, my great grandmother used to make me delicious rice wine. Mash was one of them. Every time I made it, I ate it directly in a small bowl. I will never forget the sweet smell of rice wine and the soft hands of my great grandmother. Now, with two children, I always think of the food I ate when I was a child. It's natural and delicious. Make it for the children when I have time.
Step1:Equipped with a container with a cover. No water or oil is required. I just bought two enamel pots. They are made of small one
Step2:The rice is steamed and cool. (most people use glutinous rice. I don't often eat glutinous rice in my family, just use ordinary rice) put it in the basin (just delicious rice at home, so I made more. The rest is just enough).
Step3:Prepare a bowl of water below 30 degrees. The water volume is controlled by myself. I used about 300g. If you like more soup, you can put more. Sprinkle the koji into the cool rice. Sprinkle the koji and mix well. Finally dig a small pit in the middle of the rice. Compact the rice beside.
Step4:Cover the basin with plastic wrap and then cover it to prevent leakage. Pack it as tightly as possible. Put it in a warm place. My great grandmother's method is to cover the quilt (it's cooler in the North) and pack the basin tightly with the child's small quilt. Besides the quilt, there is a lumbar hot compress bag of my husband to heat it. There was no such thing before. Great grandmother used two salt water bottles to put boiling water into the quilt.
Step5:About 72 hours. It's made of mash with sweet wine aroma.
Step6:Mash of milk and eg
Cooking tips:The most important thing is to be clean and prevent pollution. There are skills in making delicious dishes.
