Rice cake. Our local people call it rice bun . When I was a child, I loved this snack very much. But my mother was busy at work and seldom did it. Now I finally have the chance to learn how to make it by myself. It tastes better one by one. Now I will share it with you.
Step1:Prepared rice and glutinous rice. Soak in water for one night.
Step2:Use the blender to beat the rice into rice paste. Add milk into the blender when making rice paste.
Step3:Put in flour and baking powder sugar in turn. Mix well.
Step4:Put in the grinding tool and sprinkle with sesame, medlar and raisin.
Step5:Put in the steamer and let it stand for 40 minutes. Slightly ferment. Steam for 20 minutes.
Step6:Turn off the heat and simmer for another ten minutes before uncovering. It's delicious and smooth with a little milk flavor.
