I'm going to be crazy. I finally finished writing. I thought that I deleted one of them after publishing two times. It didn't work out... I hate this app
Step1:Prepare the chicken. I used the whole chicken to remove the bone. I left 2 legs, 2 wings and cut the chicken breast (not too big. About 3cm). Add 1 / 2 spoon salt, 4 spoons yogurt, 4 spoons ginger, garlic, 1 / 2 spoon turmeric powder, 1 / 2 spoon curry powder and chili powder (1 / 2 spoon to 1 spoon for personal taste). Marinate for at least 1 hour.
Step2:Wash rice. Soak for half an hour. Then put it on the fire and boil it. As soon as you boil it, strain it out. Set aside for later use.
Step3:Prepare coconut milk. If not, soak one part of dried coconut in three parts of hot water. Wait a moment. Filter the dried coconut with a sieve or gauze. Use only water. Coconut milk should not be too thick. If it is too thick, add some water.
Step4:Take a saucepan. Put a little oil in it. Turn on the heat. Put in the leaves, cloves, fennel, cinnamon, mustard seeds and cumin. Stir fry for 1 minute.
Step5:Take a big onion. Chop it. Put it in the pan. Continue to stir fry over low heat until the onion turns a little yellow.
Step6:On medium heat, stir fry the chicken. Stir fry for 5 minutes or until most of the chicken (more than 90%) is cooked. Then add yogurt (optional). Mint. Salt. 1 scoop masala. Turmeric powder. Chili powder. (try it. It's a little bit heavier, because we need to add rice later.) Add diced green peppers. If you have them at home. The vegetables are finished. So I didn't put them. Hateful new crown...
Step7:Spread the chicken on the pan. Then spread the prepared rice on the chicken. Add coconut milk water. Bring to peace or slightly lighter than rice. Continue to cook over medium heat. Cook until you can't see water. Change to stew rice over low heat.
Step8:Try some rice. The rice is ready. If the rice is dried with water, it is still a little raw. Add a little water and continue to simmer.
Cooking tips:Spoon means dessert spoon or tea spoon. Yogurt marinates chicken for tenderness. If not, use raw meal instead. Ginger and garlic are to smell. If not, put some rice wine. The most important is masala. Turmeric powder. Chili powder and coconut milk. Masala can't do it by himself. But it's annoying. Masala is not spicy. Turmeric powder is tinted. It's easy to dye. Be careful. Choose your own hot pepper. Coconut milk is better than water. Rice should be long stemmed. Because the starch content of long stalk rice is less, it is not easy to be sticky, and it is not easy to disperse. If you want northeast rice, you'd better make it another way. Don't cook it with chicken... Finally, the authentic biryani should be made of ghee (ghee). But that oil is hard to digest. Make it healthy at home. Use some olive oil. Vegetable oil. It tastes similar... There are skills in making delicious dishes.
