As a southerner, I really like eating pasta. I must have been a northerner in my last life. Steamed bun, noodles, dumplings I've eaten it all. Today, I'd like to try hand-held cake (but the cake is ready-made. I'll send another one after I've practiced)
Step1:Marinate chicken breast with cooking wine, salt, soy sauce, pepper and a little oil for 20 minutes. Then fry the chicken breast in a pan over high heat and keep it for later use (I usually ask the owner to pick it out and keep it for my baby's supplementary food when I buy the chicken. So it's relatively fresh and smaller. I use two pieces to cut into small pieces
Step2:Fried eggs. Slightly burnt. What do you lik
Step3:Next, take out the cake and fry it in a pan without defrosting
Step4:Fry until the pancake is bubbling and bulging. Add an egg. Fry until the pancake is slightly scorched (if you like crispy, you can fry it a little longer
Step5:Coat with ketchu
Step6:Spread lettuc
Step7:Add egg and chees
Step8:Put in the chicken breast and add some ketchu
Step9:It's super heavy. It's good to eat. It's crispy. One bite, it's ziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziziz
Cooking tips:My practice is to refer to the usual way of making hamburgers or sandwiches. You can also add your favorite ingredients, bacon, ham and so on. In the second picture, fry the whole egg and in the fourth picture, scatter them and add them to the pancake. You can choose one of them. You can also like me to add two eggs to make delicious dishes.
