Step8:Take a dough and roll it into a circle with a rolling pin. Put a purple rice ball in the middle.
Step9:It's like wrapping a sugar triangle. Wrap the purple rice stuffing and squeeze it tightly.
Step10:The wrapped bread germ. Turn it upside down and put it on the oilpaper for secondary fermentation. Ferment until the tissue is fluffy. Press it to rebound.
Step11:Sift in a layer of dry flour on the fermented bread embryo. Use a sharp knife to draw lines on it. Put it into the preheated oven. Bake at 170 ℃ for 25 minutes. Bake for 5 minutes and then cover with a layer of tin paper. The color will look better.
Step12:The roasted red rice is soft. The outer skin is crispy and the inner is soft.

Cooking tips:1. The water content of the dough is relatively large. When kneading, it will be sticky at the beginning. You can use the smash method to make the dough cramp. You can also put a layer of cooking oil on your hands. 2. I used xylitol instead of sugar in the bread. There was no sugar in the purple rice stuffing. Only raisins were used to highlight the sweetness. 3. The color of baked dragon fruit will be lighter. It can be covered with a layer of tin paper to block part of the heat.
