As a southerner who doesn't like sweet taste, a bowl of delicious little porridge for breakfast is nutritious and rich. The proportion of water and rice is made by myself many times. The water absorption and viscosity of each rice are different. The consistency of porridge will be different. But there's basically no mistake, emmmm Because I didn't have the habit of taking photos while cooking. I finally thought of taking a short video and taking photos of finished products
Step1:1. Chop the lean meat into mince. Wash the rice well. Add 700ml of water. Put the mince in. Use chopsticks to scatter. Put in the electric pressure cooker. Press the congee button (it's easy to use the electric pressure cooker to make congee, and it's rotten. You don't need to worry about the problem of overflow or paste the pot
Step2:2. Dice ham, dice onion, peel green beans and wash them.
Step3:3. Put the congee into a small pot. Add in the green beans and ham. Cook for another 3 minutes. Mix in the salt. Sprinkle the onion at last. Is it super simple (if there is no small pot, put green beans and ham in the electric pressure cooker. Then heat it for 5 minutes. Finally, add salt and green onion is also the same)
Cooking tips:The ratio of water and rice is about two to three people's portions. Other ingredients should be as you like. I don't recommend too much. It's about a handful. There are only green beans at home, so green beans are added. If there are carrots, celery, etc., it's also a good choice to make delicious dishes.
