Cooking Steps

1. 

   Step1:White corn flour is about 2-1 or 3-1. Add water and mix it into batter. The fried dough sticks were bought in Yonghe the night before. Heat them in a pot. Wash lettuce for later use.

2. 

   Step2:Rub a little oil on the bottom of the pot. Pour in the batter and spread it into a cake. Break up the eggs and pour them on the cake. Sprinkle some black sesame seeds.

3. 

   Step3:Turn it over. Put on the sweet sauce. Or any sauce you like. Put on the lettuce and fried dough sticks.

4. 

   Step4:Roll up and make a pot. Eat it.
