Step1:A-145g milk. 4G yeast. 15g sugar. 150g high powder. Mix well with chopsticks, cover well and refrigerate for 10 hours and 12 hours.
Step2:After the b-milk dough is fermented, add 72g milk, 3G salt, 25g sugar and 150g high flour. Put the bread maker and flour on for 20 minutes, add 15g butter and continue kneading for 20 minutes.
Step3:The c-bread machine starts the fermentation procedure. One engine for one hour. The fermentation is twice as large. D-take out the dough to exhaust, shape, spread the fruit material, roll it and put it into the mold. E-put it on the top of the oven. Put another baking pan on the bottom of the oven to fill with boiling water. Make two rounds for one hour. Bake when the mould is 7:00. F-180 degrees. Fire up and down for 45 minutes.
